Never will I go anywhere else again, Jarred took great care of me ! I contacted live support prior to calling and was given a run around and no answers, I call this bank and spoke with Jarred and he fixed the problem in 15 mins ! What a relief! Thank you Union Bank!
EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. They sent the instructions for truck payment to the wrong address and made no attempt to contact us until the end of the month, not only that they charge a $10 fee just for paying over the phone for one time and THEY DONT NOTIFY YOU, WHEN THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD A $15 LATE FEE THAT WAS THERE FAULT!!!!!!!!!
I opened my account here in August of 2017 and have been very disappointed. My accounts were not set up correctly, even after specifically asking for them to be linked. The bank manager had to get involved and called me personally and fixed the errors.nI recently got married and needed to change my name. After no response from the secure email sent on their website I took time off from work to go with all of my marriage documents (courthouse, social security, and dmv) the blonde girl at the counter refused to help me nor allowed me to go to the offices. When explained to her that I had taken time off from work to handle this and it was not convenient she sent me away and told me to come on a Saturday. Stupid me did not look at the hours on the door to make sure she was correct and left. I just went all the way back there early on Saturday morning to find the doors locked and lo and behold no Saturday hours. I have been on secure chat and was told that I did in fact have the correct documentation the first time that I went and that they would not change my name over the internet and to make a 3rd trip back to the bank.
