This review is based on this location. We have never had a poor experience working with AFCU in our 10+ years being a customer. Employee ID 11891 is very unprofessional. We waited over 20 minutes for a simple transaction. We then had to call another location to help this employee. She did not communicate once during our time we were waiting. We had no idea what was taking so long. Then we received a receipt with no acknowledgment the transaction was finalized. I would avoid this location to save time and to receive better service.

Been there many times. I've always been impressed by the friendiness and helpfulness of the staff. No complaints at all. They've always helped, even at closing time, with the best attitude.

BUYERS BEWARE: I'm writing this review 2X, 1st at Alpha Warranty Services and the 2nd here at America First Credit Union because they sold me my warranty. Please don't get me wrong, AFCU is not in the wrong here but the company they're using for extended warranties, GARBAGE. My coverage was simple, Powertrain Plus. It covers the basic things in the drive train, really. That's all I wanted. So I take my vehicle into the dealer and they start to perform a standard service to keep the vehicle running longer; valve adjustment at 120,000 miles. They found that somehow the valve covers ports warped and would need to be replaced in order for engine to run smoother and last longer. OK. Valve covers are specifically covered under the warranty "only if damaged by an internally lubricated part of the engine." OK, but the claim was denied even after photos were sent showing the issue. The service writer was told that since the repair was completed before authorization was given is one reason it was denied and the other is that the valve cover isn't an internally lubricated part. What?! How is that possible? 1st, they had all the proof of the broken/misshapen parts at a Honda dealership and not just some little place. 2nd, what does completing the work have ANYTHING to do with denying coverage? I will be canceling my warranty (I've had it only 4 months now) and leaving this post up if they continue to stand by their decision. 26 years in the car business and this one's just dumb. How could a valve cover warp UNLESS there was something inside caused it?! It just doesn't happen. In fact, who's ever heard of the ports misshaping anyway? By the way, I've already paid for the service. It's not a $ issue here but a WEASEL INSURANCE COMPANY ISSUE. It's just not worth the $. I bought the car used and bought this warranty IF something like this popped up and, well, here I am actually using the warranty for once, at least I thought I was going to.

Do not use them, I had a horrible time working with them.
