We had our deck painted a little over a year ago. Within 2 months it began peeling. I reported it and University Painters asked what product we used. They responded- we wouldn’t recommend that product. It would have been nice to know that before painting. As someone in flooring I wouldn’t allow someone to use a product I didn’t believe in or I’d have them sign a waiver. Also, they offered to fix the issue for $400. Why would I pay that after having an issue. My deck looks worse than before we had it painted. I strongly discourage using University Painters.
Meet with them for estimate, they said they would have it the next day. It has been over a week and several e-mail and nothing. Thank for wasting our time. You will never get a cent of money from us and anyone I know
