Consider yourself very very lucky if you get the chance to have Mr. Leiva as your attorney should you need one. Mr. Leiva is a dedicated and highly intelligent attorney who uses his deep and specific knowledge of the law to protect his clients. His sense of timing and strategy is quite nuanced and is invaluable in supporting his work. Mr. Leiva is respected by judges, prosecutors and other criminal attorneys and this is apparent as soon as a client is working with him.nMr. Leiva represented me for several charges that included both felonies and misdemeanors. Over the course of more than a year each outcome was successful for me and his defense of my case was true and presented with integrity. His office staff is supportive, reliable , quick to respond and nice to work with. This firm is the best of the best. Truly.

Where do I start... I had been charged with very serious offenses following a night out. I was acting in self defense however the Loudoun County Sheriff’s department didn’t see it that way. I had to prove my side of the story. My journey began with me using a different attorney. He had months to prepare a defense for me and when we went to court I was offered 1-2 yrs mandatory jail along with pleading guilty to a felony. I would rather take my chances in trial than accept that.nnThat’s when I stumbled upon Manual Leiva - a highly experience trial attorney. After he took my case and evaluated it he began to prepare my defense. We didn’t even need to take it to trial and I’m not labeled as a felon nor going to prison. I’m writing this review because if you are in a tough spot and have your life on the line, like I was, I would highly recommend Manuel. His price was very fair not to mention he EARNED every penny.
