One thing I really appreciate is that they require masks at ALL times unlike the bigger gyms that seem more lenient with COVID restrictions
Equipments are a bit dirty with hair in between. But people are wearing mask

Great gym for the price
One of the best real gyms left in the Fairfax county northern Virginia areas. They don't have all of the new fancy machines and the building is not colorful and bubbly like these new fitness centers but it's a real old school gym. Weights, bars and muscles no filler. Prices are ridiculous low, they have great short term deals for the summer time, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the Manager Mark is the best manager/ person that I've met in any business establishment. Overall Awesome place for people who want to work out with weights and not have to deal with a big crowd.
