Kaizen MMA Fairfax

Kaizen is a great place to train! ♡nnIf you've read up on the Falls Church location you'll see almost the exact same review from me. All the Kaizen locations are great, but the Fairfax location is probably one of the most convenient.nnI switched to kaizen from a more traditional jiujitsu school to learn in a different environment. My knowledge has really increased since switching, and I couldn't feel more welcome. Kaizen is a very open minded and communicative gym. Sensei Najim does a great job with this location, and he, the owner himself, is a great example of what you can achieve with consistent training in a martial art.nnGrappling at kaizen is so much fun, and after a few months I even started Muay Thai. While bjj is my focus and I only pop in for Muay Thai on occasion, the Muay Thai coaches are phenomenal. With multiple pro fighters and really experienced coaches to learn from, whether you're looking to just gain a new skill or be competitive, you'll definitely have no shortage of inspiration and resource here.nnThe Jiu-Jitsu Coaches are just as experienced, and because of that they have no issues tailoring their teaching to your skill level. Also, with multiple locations, there's plenty of coaches who all have something unique to offer.nnKaizen is definitely my family for me. I've had anxiety while training in the past for different reasons, but being at kaizen I've become more motivated, more skilled, and and it's literally the best part of my every day.

My daughter start at Kizan MMM of Fairfax today. I’m really happy with the support and help of all the stuff. The place is very clean and well organized for the school year. I was very happy that my daughter got helped during her online schooling and was done with her homework. She also did Martial arts and play games as well.nnThank you so much for making parents life much easier in this difficult time.

I’ve never had any previous experience with combat sports, but the environment here has made me feel very welcome, and eager to learn more! I practice Muay Thai with coach Dave, and so far I feel as if I really made a good connection with all of my peers. We do partner work basically every training session, and as you practice with different partners and learn new things you really feel like you’re part of a family as opposed to just one more customer.

I started in February, I was so nervous when first came in. The staff and coaches made me feel at home right away. Now a couple crazy months later I come back to sign up again and I feel so excited to come in everyday. Every coach is so knowledgeable and you can see that they are truly passionate about martial arts. Kaizen means constant improvement and Every class I come into I learn and push myself a little more to improve, thanks to Kaizen MMA I’ve been able to improve my overall life.

I can't speak highly enough of the adult programs. Both the Muay Thai and BJJ classes are exceptional, with fantastic instructors. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. But don't get me wrong, they will train and work you. It's great to learn from instructors with real experience and training.
