Best gym in the area -- clean, great selection/offering of machines and amazing staffers. Wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. How they performed during this past year/handled the pandemic, with all the cleaning/attention to detail, shows how much better they are than their competitors.

I have been a member of this place since it replaced the haggard old super market that used to occupy the building around 15 years ago, and I have really never had any complaints.nThe staff is awesome- they are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have never used them for personal training as I just like to do my own thing, but I would have no qualms about using any of them based on conversations that I have had with them and observations of their interactions with members. I give the morning guy , Patrick, grief because it is fun, but the guy for years has that place open on time even though he must have to get up at an inhuman hour to do so, and he is always friendly and interactive.nThe people who work out there are cool too. Everyone is appreciative that everyone else there is trying to better themselves , so nobody acts in a condescending or arrogant way.nCovid has thinned the crowds for sure, but my only semi issue used to be that in prime hours it was really too crowded to get much done at points. But, I am lucky in that I have a flexible schedule.nAll in all, it is a great deal for the money, and it is in an easy walking distance for many.

They have a room here where the entire room is a movie theater except that the seats are treadmills and ellipticals instead of movie seats. Such a cool idea. More places need to do this.

This Gold’s Gym location at FAIRFAX STATION gets my highest 5 star rating.nnThe facility is large, airy, and clean.nnThe staff is friendly, courteous, and makes exercise FUN. They are excellent teachers and always have the clients’ abilities in mind. I literally look forward to going to work out.nnThe members are friendly and not competitive in the least. My wife and I have made several new friends during our first year of membership.nnThe fees are well priced. Literally, I cannot think of what else I could want in a gym membership.nnA big plus is my new fitness. Highly, highly recommended.

Good facility has lots of equipment, staff is ok, the main thing is they close at 6:00 on Saturdays and Sundays which makes it hard to work out when you have stuff to do those days.
