I have been a member of this facility multiple times and multiple locations. While I enjoy the facility itself I needed to cancel my membership as I was unable to return to the country during the pandemic shut down(I was temporarily abroad). I was given the runaround and told I had to finish out the year contract anyway. So I kept paying the fees and waited for the year to end (even though I wasn’t able to use the gym at all) ... and when the year was up I was not able to get a the manager to respond anymore to my cancel requests. Now I get charged fees each month and keep fighting them through my credit card. VERY POOR business practice and because of it I’ll never be a member again. I will now go elsewhere.

This is a very clean workout facility that got through the Covid period. The front desk staff and trainers are EXCELLENT and very affable people. I give kudos to Dave Bournazian and Tucker Spence. These guys are amazingly friendly and professional. The gym is very good sized and even has a boxing heavy bag along with every other type of equipment you could want. The only reason thatI cannot give it 5 Stars is because of management. I will have to further my comments at a later post or go directly to corporate. To be continued...

24 hour fitness please change your name as it does not apply to what it originally started with. There is a big lack of delivering the service we pay for. No Steam-room, Sauna, or jacuzzi and they close at 9pm all of this for $50.00 a month. This is a total ripoff, bring back all the service and go back to normal operations hours or give back %50 of how much we all paid since the pandemic.

The Club is very-well maintained. It is sanitized every 90 minutes. They were only allowing you to reserve a time coming into the gym however that may have changed. I LOVE 24hr fitness, been a member even before they built them on the east coast. Its my kind of Gym.
