Not a good experience. The crew is cold and not inviting or caring. When we signed up I asked what I should know about fees and hidden charges since these places are known to take advantage of the small print and contracts a mile long that nobody has time to read. I was told only about the cancellation policy. Yet, when we arrived late one time they didn’t even let us into the facility, and they also charged me $20 for a no show fee... There are plenty of other places to do Barre. Try it somewhere else with friendlier and nicer people that want more than just your money...
Many people complain that the owner Brook is stiny...no discount given during covet 19 online course. Loyal members still pay full amount $179. That is highly unreasonable. There are so many virtual classes online for free and why still pay full price for the similar class online? Please AVOID THIS PLACE.
I am hooked! And this particular studio (Pure Barre Fairfax) is warm, inviting and challenging.
Pure Barre is more than a workout place. You will make great friends who will be your buddy system to keep you going to class with a wonderful community and also feeling really great after an awesome workout from these wonderful instructors.
A good consistent positive environment to be in while exercising one's muscles. Instructors are awesome and helpful.
