I’ve never been into working out, but the results you see from spending time working out here is undeniable. I’ve never looked and felt so good before in my life. I know that I’m building a strong and healthy body, and that makes me feel so good.

Whenever I'm in town I visit here. Khem is always very welcoming and helpful throughout the workout. It's always fun dropping in!

These people are some of the nicest people I have met. Being here I felt like part of a community. The coaches are very patient & walk you through each exercise. The owner truly cares about your fitness goals & is someone who wants to see his members grow. Whether you are new or want to get back to doing CrossFit, I highly recommend this gym!
