Life Time Fairfax

Its pretty nice, typical lifetime experience, some nice people who are there just to get a good workout, some there just to socialize and hog the equipment, some meat heads with excessive tattoos and egos who think theyre tough but have probably never played a contact sport in their lives :) All in all its a nice newer facility with tall ceilings which makes it feel bigger than it actually is. Squat racks and benches always seem to be in use while half of the equipment just sits and collects dust... most folks appear respectful and nice though.

The staff at Lifetime are absolutely amazing!nIn particularly Darren at the front desk, Ashley, and Khoa! They are the best, every morning I come in they never forget to say hello and make conversation!nDarren at the front even went as far to ask how my shoulder was after I had an injury!nCustomer service is a huge reason as to why I will stay with a gym, the main reason I left my old gym was because of the horrible customer service they provided! Way to go on your amazing team and very cleanly facility! I'll be staying at Lifetime for a ...LIFETIME!

I am taken back and highly upset of the way I have been treated at life time from the daycare center. There seems to be an issue a few times I drop my son off at daycare and I’m being called to pick him up. It’s gotten to the point that when someone in daycare knows I’m dropping my son off, they tell me they are full. This behavior is done intentionally and I’m very upset about it. This evening, I had schedule for both my boys to be at daycare but when I called to confirm, they said their names were not on the list. I had reserved their spots so I know they were on the list. I feel disrespected and discriminated against. I’m a paying member and do not deserve this behavior. I would welcome a readout of the measures being taken by Lifetime.

Fine gym, but shady billing. I was charged for ancillary services after my membership ended and was told that a refund was not possible.

A nice alternative to the Reston location, especially now with reduced class sizes. I alternate between here and Reston, depending on availability. It isn't as nice, as large, or have as many amenities as Reston. It's more crowded. Mask compliance is weaker here and a lot fewer people wiping down equipment when they are done.
