Amazing experience visiting this location. The facility is clean, well-kept, and on top of COVID-19 policies as well as normal gym policies. The employees are extremely nice and welcomed me with every time I came in. Brandon, the manager, would also give friendly conversation whenever he saw me. The whole staff has amazing communication and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Planet Fitness location and wish other facilities in my area were exactly like this one. This Planet Fitness location and it’s employees should serve as a role model for others.

It was great to add to my weekly routine. I am a recluse or introvert and I had a good amount of interaction. Attention was moderate and I did not feel embarrassment. I did ask for assistants from the personal trainer and I also had to ask how to use the machines properly. Yes I was out of my comfort zone and the staff did such a lovely job encouraging and adding comfort to my personal experience.

I really appreciate all the measures that have taken place to promote social distancing and cleanliness, particularly that all patrons carry around disinfecting solution to use after each use on equipment. I also appreciate the spacing between the machines. The equipment is all good quality and it seems like a there is a cooperative climate that has been fostered among the patrons to do their part. That is only heightened by the efforts of the staff to regularly walk through and disinfect the entire facility. I’m so glad to join this gym after being away due to Covid.

Sadie was VERY helpful when I canceled I just don’t have time when I work a lot. She was knowledgeable and gave me different options based on what I wanted to do, if I had time I would definitely come back for customer service alone

Staff seem very squared away. They are routinely cleaning and try to ensure that each guest receives cleaner to wipe down the equipment after use. The lounge is excellent! Plenty of space and equipment in the gym and the lounge.
