I have a warranty service with our electrical company for several years. Recently I had some electrical issues inside of my home. When I called the service warranty company, they informed me that a local servicer will call me. I received a call in just a few short hours from Spectrum Electrical Services. I was scheduled for a service call and then was sent an automated email to confirm the appointment which i appreciated very much. I received a call today from Rick who was the assigned technician for my service to inform me that he can come by earlier than scheduled. That was also a pleasant surprise. I met him at my home and he took his time to inform me of what all had happened and was extremely courteous to our concerns. Typically the companies you get who are from the warranty services are very much less than professional. I can not tell express how surprised I was with how well Rick took care of all of our issues. I strongly recommend this company and would have you ask for Rick to be your assigned technician.
