I was charged the service fee but given a additional $25.00 charge because a new floodlight fixture had to replace the broken fixture.nMind you I had already purchased the fixture myself. Im confused. When I add up the cost of the fixture,service fee and the additional charge I would have been better off just calling the neighborhood electrician
