I have to say that, they were spot on, we were told that we needed to take down all of our electrical wires in our office and redo everything from other companies. I was charged the service fee but given a additional $25.00 charge because a new floodlight fixture had to replace the broken fixture.nMind you I had already purchased the fixture myself. Im confused. When I add up the cost of the fixture,service fee and the additional charge I would have been better off just calling the neighborhood electrician
