Power Ford

My husband purchased a vehicle from here that had about 48,000 miles on it two years ago, and let me tell you were constantly taking it in to get work done on the engine. When we drop it off we are not lent a rental or a loaner vehicle. We will struggle with rides and wait as long as two weeks to get our vehicle back. We pay the warranty deductible and yet still have the problem consistently. We only have about 71,000 miles on the vehicle (which we overpaid for) to have this many problems. This vehicle is used only for daily commute to work. We paid extra for warranty and it seems like our problems are never getting fixed. It’s a Chevy vehicle sold from a power Ford dealership not to mention when they can’t fix a problem they’ll send it to the Chevrolet dealership creating a longer wait time. I simply feel like they will turn off the engine light and pass your vehicle back to you. If I could give zero stars I would, this dealership is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Currently in the process of taking my vehicle back to get it re fixed after I just picked it up on Thursday.

UPDATE: 3 calls from Power Ford after leaving this review. 2 were from Power Ford's sales group. The last was from corporate. Their solution? Leave my car for an entire day, with no loaner and no ETA. Once again, this is for a FIFTEEN minute software upgrade to my car. ZERO STARS if it were possible. I will never buy another vehicle from Power Ford. Their service department is completely incompetent. I was told by sales that if I ever had issues with the car and it would take more than a day, they had loaner cars available. My infotainment center has an issue that I've taken it in to report on two occassions. The service department said that there was an upgrade coming. Now that the upgrade is available, I tried to set an appointment to get that done (15 minute process according to others that have gone in for the upgrade). I was told that they would need to keep my car for 2-3 days. When I told them that was unacceptable, she was going to look for a day that I could either get a rental or drop my car off for a day. That was nearly two weeks ago. I never had this problem with other dealerships. This place is just a cluster &*@$ with people who do not care about the customer experience. As for the sales department....I wish that my business was so busy that I didn't have to follow up on leads. I took my car in for it's scheduled maintenance a month ago. With the great finance deals, I was going to consider trading the Edge for either a Ranger or F-150. I told a sales person that my car was in the service bay and would be there until 10:00 am the following day. I asked for him to get trade in value and work up a couple of options. I took his card and called him the following day, I didn't get a call back. Maybe I'll have better luck at another Ford dealership.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The sales staff was excellent. Never once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. The offered me a fair price for the vehicle right away so there wasn't much haggling required. I highly recommend visiting Power Ford the next time you are looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a Brand new 2019 Ford Fusion SEL with zero miles after having it no more than 3 months they had to replace my entire engine they said it was a bad engine. So I got it back for maybe a month and the battery goes out they get me a rental ok fine well it’s been over a month and still no car does it really take that long to order a battery? They would rather pay for a rental for over a month when I drive more than 300 miles a day 5 days a week. They could simply go and buy a battery and save the company hundreds of dollars. I will not purchase another vehicle from this location. And you may ask why don’t I just buy a battery my self ? I will not that is the reason I pay extra for all the warranty’s I added on at the time of my purchase.
