Simply outstanding. Matt , the manager, helped us purchase theater seats and our overall audio-video package for a formal home theater. He knows what he's talking about, is not interested in simply making a sale, follows through on his promises until after deliver and installation. I would gladly work with him and with Big Screen Store again. I'm totally satisfied.

Best option I have ever used for a TV purchase. Very easy if you know what TV you want to buy - just find TV on their site and they can likely arrange next day delivery. They use PayPal for transactions which is easy as well especially if you already have an account.

Excellent product and customer service. We were very pleased. Our chairs ended up being tighter for the room that anticipated so we had to make adjustments, but the quality is still great.
