Outstanding service from this company. Just built 2 PCs and they helped me select parts, check compatibility. That's just the beginning of what they offer, but I love building my own PCs so no worries.nnThey have a decent selection of PC parts, peripherals, and the only motherboards (it seems) within a 2 hour drive.nnTheir selection of wired mouse and keyboards seemed limited and dated, so that's possibly the only negative I was concerned with.nnThey also have a LARGE assortment and supply of 3D printing filament including PETG which is hard to find in local stores.nnThey carry a nice selection of 3D printing and water cooling consumables and accessories as well. Great store.

Best Buy is nothing compared to Micro Center. It is much better for techie people, if you’re one of those. You get a far better selection of items (even some rare computers on display), and that includes tools if you want to do a DIY repair. You also get all kinds of computer parts, networking equipment, and other miscellaneous items that Best Buy wouldn’t bother selling. If you live farther away from here, it is absolutely worth the drive. Also, they price match, so keep an eye out for better deals so you can show them.

I spent almost $2000 here to build my computer. I did not have to buy it here. People say it’s cheaper than most places. But it’s a lie. It’s around the same price as other places. They try to get you to build a re built computer but when that department can’t sell it to you, they just tell you to go to another department and brush you off.nnThey don’t care about customer service here at all. If Juan wasn’t so nice, I would’ve given this place 1 star. I do not recommend any of my friends or to go to this for computer parts.nnThey build it for you but it’s a total rip off. $150 but they don’t install windows for you. $200 but they will install windows for you.nnThey say they price match but they get very angry with you, when you mention it, and then they will get you on technicalities in order to not price match.nnI do not see this place lasting for another 10 years. Horrible customer service!!!! Don’t come here!nnUpdate:nnI came back a had a super amazing experience with Johnny Sandy in returns and exchanges department. He had a super bright and kind personality. He would be the only reason why I would come back. He helped me with every question I had. He was willing to work with me and gave me a great attitude the whole time.

This place is a good combination of Radio Shack and Best Buy, with a little extra thrown in. Convenient to pick up many electronics bits that I would normally go online for and comparable prices to large online retailers. The only thing I don't like is how often I am asked if I need help, the staff on the floor feel like they're working for commissions. It gets old.

Due to its age, my Mac-Pro computer crashed without any response and all I had was the welcome sounds without any image, so I was dealing with dead computer, I really want to do the repair, because after all is a 5K computer and had served me and my Photography business for many years.nnI took my computer to the Apple store to have cheek it out, but they could not repair it but had advice me to take it to Micro Center in Fairfax, VA.nnI drooped of there and Mr. Noah texted me few days after with the updates and have suggested me options to revive and put my Mac back to a good health again, Noah was very responsive to all my questions.nnWhen I pick the computer up form Micro Center, several empty boxes was delivered to me, letting me know that they are the containers of the parts being replaced.nnI did check the computer briefly and all looks good so far but I have a good feeling that it will be just fine.nnI Highly recommend Noah.
