We were assisted by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff member at the Jermantown Road Lowe's store. I really regret that we did not take note of his name. He found two items for us in the garden supplies area that we could not find ourselves. He was knowledgeable enough to guide us to other aisles of the store for other things we were looking for. We found those items. He checked another item on order to tell us when it would be arriving.nnThis man was extremely professional in his work and very helpful to us. We commend him and the store where he works.

Today I ran into a tall older staff member that was extremely helpful telling me where everything was. He was looking for people to help and I saw him do this with a few people. This has been rare in my experiences at this store and is usually my only knock. Otherwise the guy at the register was extremely polite and respectful. I think he had purple hair. Today's visit was was fantastic.

They have everything you could ever need for your home at the store if you need to do a repair,

Clean and organized, somewhat smaller than normal Lowe's since the location used to be a K-Mart

I went to several Lowe’s in the last few weeks looking for a leaf blower, and after commented on how poor the customer service was as a general rule. Many times it seems the employees are trying to be “manly” or looking busy instead of being helpful.nnHowever when I asked for help at this location I revived not just help, but when the first staff couldn’t find the item, he put me in contact with a person who could help me order it, and took me to them, and didn’t just point in a general direction. When this kind young lady was helping me and she was sorting out a discrepancy on the pricing she got the head cashier Matt involved. Matt’s service and attitude was exemplary as were the others I interacted with in this visit. Matt, in particular, was pleasant as he explained how we could solve the discrepancy and did it so quickly while remaining calm the entire time. He made the entire experience a joy and a pleasure and we are looking forward to shopping this location again simply for the great customer service this location offers.nnThank you Lowe’s of Fairfax !!
