Best car buying experience! I called the sales department and expressed to them I was looking for a certain model/options etc., and to be on the lookout if one came in. Chris Reyes said he would make a few calls and get back to me. He found the truck that I wanted the same day and it was delivered within 24 hours!!! Alejandro in the Finance department was wonderful and they both explained everything in full detail! They were a pleasure to work with and the entire process was done quite efficiently! Thank you Chris and Alejandro!!!! Love my new truck!!!!

Dane is the best! Yesterday I had my 25,000 mile service and even though I was 30 minutes early, he got me taken care of right away. He also noticed that my state inspection was about to expire which was great. He keeps me updated and I trust that he’s looking out for my best interest. I’ll continue getting my service done through him for as long as he’s working at Ourisman.

Carroll Hyman, assistant service manager at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota, could not have made things easier for me. He even deferred one of the procedures routinely done during a 30,000- mile check up to make the charge easier on my checkbook. He arranged a rental car for me, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He texted me when my car was ready and even said I could fetch my car the next day if it was more convenient. He is a credit to the dealership.
