Worst customer service

Some decent cars at Brown's performance. We were inside for about an hour and no one even looked our way much less asked if they could help. We were from out of town. We did spend just shy of $50,000 on a muscle car before we left Maryland. Oh well ...

I've been in the automotive industry for 25 years. I have dealt with numerous dealer groups. The Browns organization is an extremely professional well-run organization.It really does feel like family!

I think I had a pretty good experience buying my car from here. People seemed friendly and professional. When I come for maintenance, I don't mind waiting there as it's usually pretty comfy.
