All negotiations were completed from home thru email and phone.nFound best price from Brown's Fairfax Nissan.nSales person made sure that I get the best deal.nExcellent follow-up.nGood dealership experience with test drive & buying.nBought at the price negotiated over phone.nBest finance department experience ever, Was told all finance options, but no hard sell for warranties etc...n45 minutes in & out of dealership with the vehicle.

George is an excellent sales person. I am now a three time Browns customer and have enjoyed the experience. There is no high pressure sales effort and the service department is very thorough and diligent about making sure emergent issues are taken care of.

Went in for a oil changed and it was very quick and professional :)nMr. powers was as kind as always and explained the things my car really needed for winter for my safety.nI also witness another young lady who’s name I didn’t get deal with the most annoying/ rude women in such a professional way. I was so impressed because I was about to get up and tell the women to literally stop harassing the worker, but the girl got it all under control (:nThe dealership itself is still keeping things and sanitized because of covid.nSeats are still 6 feet away which is awesome.
