5 stars all across the board. I was fortunate to stumble across a car that ticked all the boxes for me on the internet but I was more fortunate that the car was at this dealership. They're flexible, hospitable, and honest. The most impressive part for me is their connections with the best but most affordable other aspects of owning a car outside of their dealership. They sent me to the best garage for my other vehicle and couldn't believe how early they called me to pick it up. Hooked me up with an agency that offered me the cheapest insurance rate to date. I would recommend.

This was my first time buying a car and I have to say my whole experience was FANTASTIC! Sam our Sales Consultant and Jessica the Finance Director were such a pleasure to work with, that I will/would never do business with anyone else when it comes to buying a car. Not only were they wonderful people to work with, they also got me a deal that I wanted....plus more...not what suited them! I couldn't be any happier with my new Jeep! I would highly recommend going to Auto Buying Service if you are in the market to buy a car, I definitely can't rave highly enough about the people there and the experience.

I was interested in a car they had for sale and after my research I noticed it was priced more than $2300 over the actual value of the car. I emailed them and I asked if they would be willing to negotiate the price. Instead of answering my question, I was pressured to call or come in because they don’t consider email “in contact”. I told them that emailing me was being “in contact” and since they refused to answer my questions I emailed and said I was no longer interested. I am a disabled veteran and prefer to email whenever possible because of a certain disability. After this I chose to just purchase my BMW from Casey BMW in Newport News. I was very satisfied with their customer service and their willingness to accommodate my disability.
