Fairfax Hyundai

I highly recommend Fairfax Hyundai for service. They are professional, friendly, helpful and so efficient. They really took care of me and made car service as a painless as possible. And Josh Durdaller, who handled my service, was fantastic. I don't say this lightly. I have been to many dealerships and Fairfax Hyundai was definitely the best experience I have ever had. I found my new home for car service (and I am willing to drive further to get it).

Fairfax Hyundai auto services is awesome. They are great about scheduling and being flexible, they are thorough with their assessments, and do a timely job for oil changes and other work needed. Can be pretty expensive if doing anything more than the standard oil change or maintenance work, but that is expected with dealership auto services. If you bought a Hyundai, I wouldn't take your car anywhere but here.

My family has been coming to Fairfax Hyundai for nearly all of our maintenance on our Hyundai sedan for the last 5-6 years.nnCustomer service is always great, the repairs are always good, the price is right for the area and quality, I've never caught them trying to cheat me, and in general they go above and beyond to provide good service at a fair price. That and the decent waiting area are why we keep coming back. We're loyal for as long as we'll live in the area, and I hope the dealership is as fabulous wherever we live next.nnIt helps that there's a Starbucks across the street and several good places to grab a meal if we'll be waiting a long time. ud83dude42

I bought a used car from John McMullan and he was the consummate professional throughout the transaction and afterward. My wife noticed one mechanical issue on the test drive that John promised would be repaired to our full satisfaction. John personally shepherded the car through the repair process after the sale and through to delivery. He followed up via phone a few weeks later to make sure we were happy with the car. Could not recommend this gentleman more.
