Service department has very poor follow up and customer service. They lie about calling you. Had vehicle for a week and never fixed problem. They never called with an update. We had to call them!!

I called this dealership looking for parts for a customer car. 1st call went swell, got all my parts ordered (so I thought) was told I would get a call when they all come in by Wednesday. I don’t receive a call by Thursday afternoon, I give them a quick call for an update. The parts manger (Mike) picks up, I let him know the situation and am told my parts were not ordered and he couldn’t find the order or quote. I told him that someone ordered my parts. Was told nothing he can do about and but start a new quote if I did not like that to take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional conduct.

ud83dude98 I had the most amazing experience yesterday. My daughter saw a car she was interested in on the website. She dragged my husband and I in tote, for support. We ended up test driving, not one but two cars. Our sales specialist, Carlos Mendez was terrific. When we mentioned, we wanted to continue to check other dealerships he asked us, what features we liked best in the cars we drove. My daughter fell in love with SOUL-EX but it was missing one thing, a sun roof.nCarlos said, no problem he just needed to get it installed for her.nNow, that's customer service. He was so accommodating and made sure our needs were met. He and the team never skipped a beat. AMAZING service! No hidden fees or trying to squeeze something in last minute. I was in and out with my purchase in under three hours, having been met with exceptional professionalism and genuine interest in my satisfaction with my vehicle (something most dealerships lack) every step of the way.nnElvis met me outside to get a preliminary look and test drive of the vehicle. He was welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful. He would guide me through the rest of the process and made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions.nnAfter the test drive, Abe organized the paperwork and walked through the price and the more than fair financing options with me.nnI then met with Frank to officially sign the paperwork and was happy to NOT have a bunch of unnecessary extended warranties, vehicle add-ons or anything of the like pushed on me.nnOverall, an actual five-star experience. I will be going back to them not only for maintenance, but also will be sending any of my friends there as well.nnThanks, guys!
