Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Service

Booked an appointment online for a recall service and was trying to reserve a loaner before I head there. Tried to call over 10 times but no one picked up the phone and when I finally went there I told them that I have been calling but no one answered, seems like nobody cared plus they asked me to rent their cars, I was not eligible for loaner seriously!??? I hope they pay attention on their customer service skills.

HORRIBLE phone lines. This is the only dealer who runs things the way they are. Awesome guy in service department though (mustafa).

Poor customer service experience here yesterday. Very unresponsive and provided poor information. I scheduled a periodic service and was told it would be complete in 2.5 hours. I called back after 3.5 hours and had to leave a message. A half hour later they called to say it would be ready in another half hour. I showed up 40 minutes later and car was still not ready. They said I was third in line for the post service car wash and I could wait around if I wanted to for another 45 minutes. I had the family waiting so I decided to just take the car. I expect much better information flow and timing estimates.
