The sales person was very nice, but not the manager. We were shopping around for a Pilot at our pre-decided price and let them know that at the very beginning. Their price was even higher than the one we got at another dealer. After we showed them the other dealer's offer, they said they would match the price. What's the point to go with them if the price is same and not what we expect!? The manger just destroyed our interest by saying that he got feeling that we would ask the other dealer to beat their price again if they went lower, and that because we were not ready to buy the car today, just come back when we're ready!!?? Well, we had our check with us and ready to pay for the vehicle, but of course we will never spend our $40k for such a rude attitude. The manager doesn't know how to close the deal or maybe just he's just that rude by nature or they simply can't beat the price. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

By far the best car buying experience I've had. This past year, I've visited at least five other dealerships and wasted so much time trying to negotiate, only to end up holding my ground and walking away. Rosenthal Fairfax was different. They wanted to and were very willing to work with me. I highly recommend working with Mr. Basky Nair.

We had an appointment to test drive a car. Met with Jamal who didn’t seem interested in talking to us about the cars or what we were interested in. Took our license and insurance info. Brought the car around for us and didn’t go through any of the specs. Said enjoy your ride. We got back after testing it, never asked how the test drive was and only asked if we were trading in a car. We ran out fast. Nobody seemed happy to work there or seemed interested in being there. Huge disappointment as I’ve always loved Honda’s.

Very poor, post purchase, costumer service.nWe purchased a used Accord in December and needed to register it in Maryland. At the time of purchase, we were 'required' to pay a full tag/title fee (they were not sure if we could transfer our existing plates). We were able to transfer the plates and requested the fee reimbursed as agreed. It is now 2 months later, 8 phone calls, and still no reply to our request.

Aggressive and disorganized sales process. They will spam your email and phone even after you request that they stop. The service department is notoriously unreliable, and charged me over $600 for a repair that did not fix the problem I brought my vehicle in for.
