Very nice dealership, plenty of pleasant BMW cars, several options, they also have other brands, of course not brands new.nMany of brand new cars come with plenty of interesting options, included with no charge ( do not worry, they already charged you!)nnTheir cpo cars are great, but a little pricey, low room for bargains .nThe employees are good, helpful, they try indirectly push you, it is their jobs anyway.nnA little parking space problem.nThe cpo center is back to the brand new show room, in a different building.

Erick showed me a nice BMW in red and at a steal of a price. I passed because it wasn't all wheel drive. They do have a really good selection and Erick was able to answer my questions about the car and the deal we could do without the fluff, which I do appreciate. It's not often dealerships will treat you like an adult that has done their research and bought a car before. I'll definitely keep an eye on their online inventory in the future.

Thanks to Karim for making my buying decision easy and for facilitating a pleasant experience. I live 500 miles from the dealer and Karim went the extra mile to answer my questions and provide additional photos. I flew into town and there were no surprises. He insisted we test drive and he gave me a quick, but solid, tutorial on the technology of the 550i. James, the finance guy, was great too. Amazing staff and amazing management a perfect 10 all around!

Please don't disappoint yourself by going to this location. After entering, for about 10 minutes no one came even close to greet myself, my wife, and our 3yr son. Even though we had appointment and Anna called us an hour before to confirm that we are going to be there, we felt that we are not welcomed there. Then, Alan showed up and told us the car that we were interested in was sold while we were driving to get there. Then asked Anna, and she confirmed it. The most disrespectful, impolite, and unprofessional sale people we had ever seen. So, that is your call to go to this location and talk with these 2 people.
