I just want to say thank you to Debbie and Fairfax Mazda for making my car buying experience such a pleasant one! When I arrived after my hour long drive, I was greeted with Debbie’s smile that I know was happening behind the mask. Once the car that was so beautifully advertised checked out, I really wanted to buy that day. The car was immaculate with no dents and had all the features my son wanted. However, I have a don’t-buy-on-the-first-day rule. I also had another car at another dealership that I wanted to check out because it was less expensive. So I told Debbie jokingly, “Don’t let anybody buy that car!” Of course she said she couldn’t hold it if someone wanted to buy it but would let me know if someone was interested.nnOn my way home I called the other dealership to see if I could see their car sooner and they said that car had been sold! They had a few others that I could see but they were out of my price range. Debbie of course didn’t know all of this was going on but texted me the next morning to let me know someone was indeed interested so after missing out on so many other car deals with similar cars, I decided to put a deposit down on it because my son was at college and we couldn’t pick it up until he came home.nnTo see the smile on my son’s face as Debbie so kindly ushered him to his car as I videotaped his reaction was a joy to behold! He had just turned 21 three days before and this was his birthday gift. Debbie and Fairfax Mazda made the day special for him, and we won’t ever forget it!

Our first car and Debbie was amazing along with Roger as well as the finance dept. Our first car buying experience was so smooth. Each and every employee we encountered were so welcoming and warm. Coming from 15 years of hospitality experience, I understand how it feels to be welcomed. Even if you are there just to check out cars, you wouldn't be disappointed. Over the past 5-6 months we were planning to but a car, visited different dealership and none of the famous dealerships were as good as Debbie at Browns Fairfax Mazda. Thank you Debbie, you have made us loyal customers.

One of the nicest car buying experiences. Debbie was WONDERFUL. No high pressure sales tactics. She was upfront about everything and left the decision to us. I felt like she was very trustworthy. Everyone including the Finance department was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Debbie Hefty made my buying a preowned car super easy. She was very helpful and very personable. Everything went so smoothly. She was also very thorough and gave me all the information I needed. I was able to finalize the car in 1 day but couldn't purchase the same day due to my insurance and address change and all. She was patient and was able to help me out in the best possible way. I was able to buy the car a week later. I AM VERY PLEASED with my new car!!
