We recently bought a Super Duty from Ted Britt. We live out of state so I worked with Will Britt over the phone and drove 5 hrs after we made a deal. I was very impressed with their customer service and am very happy with their ability to work with you on a great buyer experience all around. They treated my six year old during the paperwork process awesome and it was actually a fun experience. I can’t say that about most dealerships. Tim, Will and the whole staff were terrific to us.nnAnother note: After I drove it back to Ohio I noticed a dent on the cab that we overlooked on the inspection. I purchased my new F-150 crew cab Lariat at Ted Britt in 2017. It is my forever vehicle. I also purchased their maintenance package. Worth every penny. I have taken my truck to them (only them) for service and oil changes. I have only had the greatest experience with them. My service leader, Olivia, is always professional. Her co-workers are all helpful if she is not available to make my appointment. I highly recommend Quick Lanes, where they are located across from Ted Britt.

My boyfriend & I needed a family vehicle.. he had been communicating with Frank to get us just what we needed. After many test drives & calculating numbers, Frank & his team got us into a nice ford explorer for a good price.
