Be careful when dealing with the court system, and court appointed attorneys. Mine had me do a guilty plea, without seeing exactly what evidence they had. It wasn't until immediately after, that I found out and luckily was able to retract the plea and was in fact found not guilty.nNow I'm dealing with a judge signing a garnishment during a pandemic, on an essential worker no less, and only finding out when the paycheck reflected it. We finally got the papers 1 and 1/2 months after the judge signed it, but nothing prior . What happened to being served and due justice?

Parking is a bit of a hike, but finding a space has always been easy and the walk is enjoyable. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The offices that I've visited have always been well-organized and efficient.

It's a better environment since the new commomwealth attorney took over.

The hours aren't great but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived shortly after opening, dropped off my documents at the civil intake desk and was out within 15 minutes.nnI'd recommend getting there as close to open as possible but you don't need to get there early. I walked in the front door at around 8:15 and there was no line at security. When I left there was a small one but it looked to be moving quickly.

Worst experience of my life! So much stress and anxiety that they cause. Back and forth emails and phone calls after repeatedly telling them that I do not have what they are asking. Next step, start looking into an attorney who can help.
