I bought a van just before covid shut everything down, and was promised - in writing - that I would receive the back seat headrests as soon as they could get them.nnFast forward over a year later, and I have contacted them several times, but still don't have the headrests to make my van complete, and safe.

Purchased a car online from these guys over a month ago after Moe, the sales rep assured me everything was in tip top shape with the vehicle.Was very helpful and seemed honest, even sent me pictures and videos. I had it transported to me 1400 miles away only to find that the car has MAJOR, MAJOR issues. No only has the car been involved in an accident prior to me owning it but its been in the shop for about a month because all the things that needed to be repaired and replaced. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY! VERY MISLEADING!
