He collected the all the information he needed, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was up front about my expectations. Because of how quickly Augustine was able to get back to me every time I had a question or concern, I decided to drive up there to see if we could come to a final deal. This was the best decision because Augustine was very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy or putting on any pressure at all. We discussed the deal, the trade in, and the available options. I spoke with his manager also who was able to get us to a deal that I felt was very good. The final paperwork and preparation of the vehicle for delivery didn't take long at all.nnOverall this was a very quick, easy, no-stress transaction. I don’t know where to start... from the moment I called until the moment I drove away in my new JEEP, I was extremely pleased. Vinny was so professional and sincere when I called and had questions and explained the fact I needed something for my family and I ASAP! He welcomed me as soon as I got to the dealer and also followed up before he left for the evening! Mo, was extremely patient with my indecisiveness with vehicles. He went above and beyond, answering every question, reviewing the history of the car, and going through every feature I had questions about. The process went by very quickly although the longest part was me test driving different vehicles and scanning over them inch by inch. The JEEP I chose is impeccable. Brian was also absolutely fantastic. He spoke in terms that was easy to understand and I could comprehend everything that was going on in terms of finance. Both gentlemen were extremely personable and delightful to have during the process that is normally a headache and a half! Excellent experience! Truly the BEST!nIt was my first time purchasing a Wrangler and despite the research I did on my own, Vinny and Mo helped me answer all the questions without a doubt. It was a fairly simple car deal. No trade in.nThe negatives:nCar could have been deeper detailed. Asked to have wheels and tires cleaned due to chalk numbers all over them. Did not happen. No attention to detail.nnThe positives:nExcellent sales manager Kyle and salesperson Mark.nExcellent finance manager as well.nDeal was exactly as stated prior to signing documents.nnOverall a great experience. All the information I needed for my trade-in, the final payment for the new car, our appointment to get the car all happened in a very small amount of time.
