Buying a car at AP Fairfax was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Not only do they have great cars, but the buying experience is customer-friendly, very low pressure, and extremely enjoyable. In particular, Zack is top-notch and made purchasing my vehicle very straight-forward, easy, and fun. I just got my Lexus sedan from AP Fairfax. I had the most wonderful experience with them. Matt who was my point of contact. His patience with helping me was greatly appreciated. Matt went above and beyond to find us the kind of car that we were looking for. We are incredibly pleased with our purchase. The dealership’s entire staff acts like customer service professionals. The purchase process is painless. He has diligently responded to all my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Matt has been nothing short of extremely professional, responsive and patience. No high-pressure sales, straight forward, friendly, and go over and above to help. If they do not have it, they will try to find it for you too

Just bought a beautiful BMW X5 from this company while trading in my car. I can honestly say that I have not left a dealership feeling this good, ever! Zach Owens is a pleasure to work with. He definitely made me feel right at home and shot straight from the hip without trying to talk my ear off. He knows the products that he has and let them sell itself. As far as negotiations, he made a very quick and fair offer for my trade in, which I believe left both of us happy with the outcome. Once I'm ready to buy another used car, I'm definitely going back to him first.

I would have to say the best customer service and the best vehicles , especially if you are looking for a specific vehicle that is hard to find. I just bought a Toyota FJ Cruiser ( which is so hard to find with low mileage and immaculate condition) and it was the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. I was living in Florida at the time trying to buy this vehicle from Virginia where they are located. From the questions I had, to the financing, and also shipment of the vehicle, they were quick and informative every step of the way. I was working with Mr. Owen and his team at the timenand he was extremely quick and informative with this vehicle. Another important factor was that I trusted them to provide me with a impeccable vehicle that Head no issues or problems. When I received the vehicle I was completely in shock by how detailed and clean it was. They were so honest and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone out of state or in state purchasing a vehicle from this company because of the service and because of the vehicles themselves that they sell because they are not just any vehicle off the street.
