Priority Movers

Guys were very professional and in great shape. The team arrived five minutes early and moved our 4 bedroom house. They took apart our boys bunk beds as well as crated our pool table. I forced them to take a lunch break because they were working so hard even though they were all in good shape. I highly recommend this moving service.

I was recommended this company through some people on Facebook. When I called they seemed very friendly and professional. They came out to my house on May 17 and gave me a quote to be moved on May 30. He walked around and looked at everything and even took pictures of every room and the closets. I was told I would be sent over a contract but I didn’t hear from them for another week. I called and asked if I would receive any information and I was told again I would be sent over a contract. I was never sent a contract and began to worry. I tried to call several times in the next few days (may 22 and may 23) and all the calls went to voicemail. I then reached out to them from my work phone and they answered. I informed him that I was worried about them not coming on May 30 and asked if I should get someone else if they were unavailable. He informed me that my house would be a really easy job and that I shouldn’t worry and he would see me on May 30.nnIt was now May 29 and I had not received any information about my move. I didn’t know what time they were coming if I needed to provide boxes or any information whatsoever. I even tried to text and call him the day before to try to get more information and I was completely ghosted.nnThank goodness my family was in town and we were able to rent a U-Haul and move everything. It was a huge hassle As this company was supposed to do all of our packing and moving and providing a truck. We had to pack up the entire house in one day and move the entire house in one day… Because they never came or called.. nothing.nnI know there are a few similar reviews about this company on this sight. The company will say this is a false review and that they have no recollection of contacting me. But this is not a fake review. (I would attach screenshots if I could.) I am not the type to ever write a negative review, however I believe this level of unprofessionalism should be taken into account when making a decision on who you want moving your belongings. Don’t make the same mistake I did. It is two weeks later and we have just removed the last of the stuff from our old house. Priority Movers said that it would be an easy task... instead they made my move a nightmare!

No need to look any further - choose priority movers! Julian and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was on a third floor walk up with a narrow staircase and they went so far out of their way to help me with large pieces that needed to be moved. They were very careful and treated everything as if it were they’re own! Truly hustled, amazing quality, amazing attitude.

NEVER USE PRIORITY LOOSER THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY NEVER PICK UP OR OR CALL BACK THESE GUYS ARE LOOSES STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter, a single mother hired them got all confirmations through email. They never called her 48 hours prior to the move, she never got them to respond, and they never showed up. They cost us a lot of heartache and money. Wouldn’t recommend this company!
