This was my daughter’s second year using AA to store her college dorm belongings. They were so accommodating again this year and allowed us to extend our lease an extra 6 months due to COVID. Great business and customer service!
Great place to store with. I have over flow of craft supplies in a climate control. Clean, well lit, carpet hallways, and secure. Always a pleasant welcome from staff.
I've never had a long-term storage unit before now. My experience has been very pleasant. Accessibility and cleanliness are top notch. Highly recommend this company.
Easy company to work with. I very suddenly needed a unit and gave them a call. They suggested what I would need and sent my paperwork and registration immediately. When I finally arrived at their facility, the process was easy and they had storage supplies (locks, tape, boxes, etc) available for sale, which was convenient. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The unit was clean and ready for my stuff. The facility seems to have excellent protection being guarded with an automatic gate and each renter has their own access code; and the grounds are always neat and clean. I signed up for auto pay and the first month it did not process. When I called, they had put a fee on the account, which they removed once I explained the error. Very easy to work with and I would highly suggest using their storage facilities.
Lynchburg AA Storage is a great place to secure your belongings.nnMy company keeps our equipment at AA. The facility is fenced, has controlled entry, camera surveillance, water, electric, and a dump station.nnThe staff is friendly and courteous and has gone above and beyond. For example, they sent faxes for me and have been able to get all of spaces I rent together.
