Absolutely love iStorage. I found myself in need of a unit and got exactly what I needed and not paying an arm and a leg!nnI want to give a huge shoutout to Hannah, she is extremely personable and helpful whenever you go and have any questions! Her personality and demeanor are bubbly yet professional. She makes sure you know that you're a valued customer!

I can say that I am highly disappointed with the customer service here at I storage. I called to receive a price on a large storage unit 10X20 to be exact since myself, my husband, and my 3 children are moving into a temporary living townhouse next door while renovating our new house. I am not from Lynchburg I am from Washington state and was looking for a close by location and happened to see this location was next door, however, I called and received a very nasty attitude from a woman I believed named Haley when I asked her to speak up as I was having high difficulty hearing Haley. She started being rude and seemed very flustered when I began asking questions about the best suitable unit for me and my family and how to do online reservations. My husband then went in later in the week and the young lady did not have on a mask so my husband received some prices and opinions and left after feeling uneasy. Considering we have a newborn child at home and the door says wear a mask upon entering. We have decided to go with U-haul timberlake. It is very unfortunate considering how close this is to our new townhome but I simply wasn't impressed with the customer service and nor was my husband. I hope that this will be a positive note so that management can properly advise their employee(s) the importance of wearing a mask and work to provide better customer service.

iStorage saved the day for us. Patsy was amazing. She took care of all of our needs and actually ended up saving us money. It’s nice to do business with a company that cares about their customers. I would highly recommend using iStorage.

Kim is super helpful and available. She walked us through entire process as we were literally driving in from out of town to move our college student in. This place is clean and priced great as I have been looking around for extra storage for my college kid. Highly recommend
