Residence Inn by Marriott Fairfax City

I love staying here!!! Always so clean and the staffs are SO SO NICE. They deserve all the love in this worldud83eudd7aud83eudd7a. Thank you for your service❤ufe0f❤ufe0f I hope everyone who stays give the same energy too. Some visitors were not wearing mask (shame on you).

We didn't have a chance to stay here, but had a reservation with non-refundable rate if canceled less then 1 day before arrival. I had to cancel it and did it in time but for some reason the refund wasn't issued. When I brought this issue to the attention of hotel's Assistant General Manager Inga Liaukuviene it was resolved promptly and efficiently. I really liked her style of handling this problem and great skill in customer service.

My husband and I are on the road 80% of the year for work and always try to stay in a Residence Inn when possible. This is by far one of the best ones and the front desk staff is the nicest I have ever delt with - no matter the day or time. For this alone, I highly recommend!!

Lovely stay. There’s a peloton bike also that deserves its own photo :) They kept the facility clean and only allowed one guest at a time.nnStaff are so nice. Bed was comfortable. Grab and go breakfast was fairly decent as those go. Room was quiet!

Nice hotel aesthetically but they need to walk through and fix/maintain the property better. The HVAC unit in ALL of our rooms blew cool air with the heat setting. Perhaps dirty, unchanged air filters. Also their TV channels are pitiful. For the price of this hotel there should be zero issues.
