“On God” Tony’s protein shakes are the #1 in the whole entire facility! I come everyday and he’s always outgoing and willing to help with any and all needs. Thank you tony!!!

products are a bit pricey but they have a decent selection of fitness snacks and drinks and a healthy eats menu that doesn't sound bad... service is not always the best just depends on the person if they will acknowledge you... there is a tip jar so they should but, just saying...

At lifetime gym. Need to have membership in order to come in.nn9 out of 10 stuff in here are expensive but it's decent food. The smoothie is hit and miss. If you buy snoothie/shake, make sure you ask for a card . Buy x amount and you get a free drink. Most of the people in the cafe are very nice and helpful but on a rare occasion you meet a lady who is on PMS or something.
