Extra Space Storage

My experience has been great so far. Brooke helped with accommodating me, listening to my needs for storage and giving me the best recommendations for a storage unit suitable to my needs. She made it easy! I didn't have to call around (which I normally do), but I felt right at home from the start! Marcia helped explain the details of my agreement and answered any additional questions I had. I am overall...Completely Satisfied with the team, their efforts, knowledge & reassurance and most importantly my decision :) Thank you ladies!

I would like to give this place a good review because the lady that helped me was very nice. However, 5 stars is NOT how I feel about this place. I put in a reservation to hold a unit for myself online but was immediately called by the store to go ahead and pay for everything ( you know not just a deposit) which I Initially thought it was crazy because online it clearly states that you don’t need a credit card to reserve a unit but whatever I went along with it and paid to reserve my unit which was $102 and some change now that was only three days ago so I found out shortly after that I would not need to move so I called them to tell them this so I can get my money back because I hadn’t actually moved anything in or signed a lease- nothing like that. I even told the girl that I wouldn’t be able to move in until at least 2-3 weeks and asked if the monthly payment would start then or when I moved in and she said when I move in- so I think okay, cool. Well when I called them to cancel I was informed that I would not get my deposit and first months rent back because when you set it up and they receive payment that’s confirmation that you are renting the unit. Even though that was never expressed to me in the beginning because had I’ve been told this information I would not have booked a unit with them. So my recommendation is that you for 1-go somewhere else and 2-don’t book anything with them until you’re absolutely sure that you were going to be moving in. Like I could see them not paying me the deposit back but not refunding my month I paid is ridiculous when I never signed anything and was specifically told it wouldn’t start until I moved in and she even told me that it started from the day I Paid the money. So I was lied to when she told me that it would not start until I moved in so actually when I moved in I would only have a week left before I had to pay again which is not what she told me. You should really be more clear with your policies and make sure your customer knows exactly how and what they’re being charged for. I’m VERY upset about this. I will NEVER use them again.

Brooke and the team provided outstanding customer service for us. We had to move suddenly to care for a sick relative in another state. They made the move-in process quick and easy. The unit was clean and adequately fit our needs. A team member was always available whenever we called for any reason, someone called us back promptly. Because of the move we had to store our belongings for 2.5 years. Subsequently my husband and I missed a payment due date, Brooke explained the process and helped us navigate forward to next steps which eased the anxiety of being so far away to manage affairs personally. She had great suggestions and provided a suitable, solid work around for our situation.nnRecently we've vacated our unit. We are completely satisfied with the experience we had with Extra Space.

the guy in the front was very helpful..... I wish I remembered his name... However came in pretty late he was still able to help me... He was a very nice... He had little corny jokes that was even better.... He offered boxes to me, but I decided to purchase my own... The smell in there was awesome... Buildings were clean lobby clean as well.... My favorite was the customer service
