My experience with Extra Space Storage has been exceptional! I was moving to the area from out of state and was able to reserve what I needed on the website, which was then followed up by a phone call from Matthew. Matthew was very thorough on prices, additional fees (insurance, buying a lock, etc.) and extremely friendly. I was able to do everything over the phone since I wasn't physically in Midlothian yet, which was added convenience. Because I moved in on a Sunday and the office was closed, all information I needed was texted to my phone as well as emailed to me the day prior and I had zero trouble getting to my unit and moving my things - the carts were very helpful as well. The facility itself is clean and I truly feel like my belongings are safe.

The customer service at this location of Extra Space was great. Even before I could call they realized I had removed my items and they closed my account to prorate the final month. Way to be proactive with customers needs. Thanks so much.

The website for this business is clear and easy to use. Live chat was very helpful. I got a quick call back from Kenneth, the manager, who took care of my rental over the phone - I only had to give my electronic signature via email. Quick, easy and professional.

Ken is WONDERFUL!! I will never use any other storage place. Best prices, best service!! Always clean and follows COVID19 rules and regulations!!
