Useless . Website said open . Can’t get ahold of anyone. Few hours later website said closed . Hot springs is open , both in Lexington are open . No phone number or hours on the office door . Poorly run . Judging by other reviews, should have know ! Useless. Went to Lexington. Great place and service.
I broke down in Covington over the weekend of the 4th, and they were able to get me back on the road in hours for under what they quoted!
They have nothing there, had to go to hit springs to find one, waste of our time
The man running the office showed up 35 minutes late to open the store and sent us to the wrong location to return the uhaul. Was the worst experience. The whole shop smelled like smoke as 2 of the mechanics were smoking in the building.
Will not use this location again!
