TD Bank

I went to the bank and the staff was really good and friendly. And I really appreciate the way they welcome customers.nnEmployee name Elfa is really professional and friendly. Good customer service.

I bank with 4 different banks and by far TD is the most accommodating. At this location, one of the bankers Daniel was extremely helpful in understanding my concern and was able to do it instantly. TD is a nice place for customers service, It's one of the best banks in Fairfax.

Drive threw closes early then 2 update the website!!

This is the best bank ever and I will tell you why. A few weeks back we were scheduled to go on a trip to Cancun and our flights were at 9am. The trip was long awaited by the family, especially by 4 and 6 year old children. Saturday night we realized this particular bank had changed it's hours and is closed on Sunday and our passports are in there (yeah, I am a dummy) With some internet stalking and assistance from the other local TD Banks, I was able to track down the bank manager on Sunday. I explained to him our situation. Changing the flights to later in the day would have cost about $2200 and changing to the next day would have been $1200 and we would lose a day at the resort. Without going further into the sob story, Dennis Poirier the manager and Kelly the assistant manager were very accommodating. They arranged with their security and facilities to have the safe scheduled for a 5am opening. They work up early, met me at the bank and let me in to grab my passports and saved our vacation! I am a premier member at another bank with a free lock box that I closed down in order to have the convenience of TD and I sure am glad I did! Even with the changing of hours, Dennis and Kelly were able to delight me and my family by going the extra mile for us. They were very pleasant throughout the whole ordeal, even when I dragged them into work early at 5am on a Monday! Thank you Dennis, Kelly and TD Bank of Main St!nnIf you want a bank that goes above and beyond, this is the one!
