Probably one of the best banks I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have my business account with them. They are all kind and knowledgable. They make a point of addressing me by my name the minute I walk in. They have helped me with any issues I have had over the years.
I have no problems with the staff at this bank :) but the ATM is my least favorite one I've ever worked with!! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Before I can even ask for an ATM request I have to put my card in, take it out, and then put it back in. Seriously redundant. This ATM asks me so many questions and takes longer to process than I've ever experienced. It also breaks a lot and has eaten my card multiple times to the point where I'm frantically pushing cancel on my check deposits and have to call the bank the next day to see if the check even went through. I've considered leaving this bank just because of its ATM. It's humorous, but true. I don't want to take my frustration out on the staff, but someone higher up definitely needs to replace this machine or make it easier to use. Help!
