I love the flexibility they offer. The manager is very friendly and supportive. I also appreciate they open on Saturday and provide full service.

After waiting for them to open (they opened late) they had almost no one working so the line was nearly out the door once they finally did open. I then waited after being told it would be a 20 minute wait to see an associate. After 30 minutes, I was told it would better to come back later and make an appointment for a better time. I guess that's what happens when you open without a full staff working.

BOA is the worst of all banks this one takes the cake I am currently standing in line at 12:40 pm! There are no tellers a line of 8 people i ask the manager Randall if they have tellers he tells me no tellers right now. Yet people are in cubicals! I would at least think he would take over instead of asking all the customers would they like to come back later while he just stands and does nothing!

Very bad service. Arrived inside Main St. Fairfax, VA branch a bit before their close time on Saturday. After we stayed in for a couple minutes we were asked what we’re looking to do. When they found out we wanted to open an account someone else was sent to tell us we must arrive half an hour before close time for that particular service and therefore they asked us to leave saying that they are closed for the day. To be honest we have never encountered such a rule anywhere which is a completely bogus claim on their behalf. Moreover any place of business if a client enters the premise before their door is closed he/she cannot be denied service. This is the basic definition of business hours. It’s safe to say they are not interested in being there for work or keeping high standards for their alleged service. While we will absolutely never return here, I hope upper management is informed of what goes on in their branches when no one is looking. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the associate. It’s too bad we rushed straight from landing a flight and had serious hardship to make it to the bank and super urgently needed this to be handled before the weekend. Thanks to their lack of work ethics now all our business have to be delayed, which is a damn shame. We are really upset n bothered n at a point of utter disadvantage! ud83dudc4e
