Today was not a good day for their brisket. It was the toughest, most dry brisket I have ever tried to eat. We ended up throwing it out and leaving still hungry.nnThank you for responding. I appreciate the fact that the you would have offered to remedy the situation. The first time we ate there it was wonderful and that is why we came back today. We were afraid that the cooks had changed and that was just the way it was but everyone can have an off day. Thanks.

Hands down one of the best BBQ restaurants in town. The service is quick and friendly. However, the food is what keeps you coming back. Everything I have ever tried was delicious. If you are looking for amazing food and service that beats all others you have to try Blue Ridge BBQ. You will love it!

Love the food! The staff is always great here but Linda is amazing. She always makes me feel welcome, is accommodating and I can feel her smile through her mask! She makes all the customers in the building feel the same way. Thank you Linda and the staff at Blue Ridge on Timberlake!

Wonderful staff and absolutely delicious food.Everything was as close to homemade as you can get without being at home.would recommend to anyone that wants some good food and friendly service.
