Horrible for pick up place I ever had. I only waited 2 minutes and a staff came and said I need to keep circling around. But my friend is about to come, and I explained him that my friend is coming right now. But he keeps saying I need to circle around. It was snow storm so the visibility was no good. And I saw him writing a paper. Thank god! I circled in the snow so much. That day. It made me exhausted so much. God bless the staff who can not bear people wait for family member for not even 2 minutes. This is insane. Will not use this airport anymore

Nice quick connector among terminals. Very intuitive to find everything

This is a clean, well-organized airport. I have no complaints. I do have to ask, however, “Have you seen the Langoliers, a made-for-tv Stephen King movie?” I felt like I was in that movie flying into and out of Dulles last week. We arrived from Denver a little after noon on Wednesday. As we walked through the airport, we saw few, if any, people who weren’t on our flight. It felt a bit deserted.
