Nice Airport Taxi Service. We used them to take us to the airport during the Labor Day Holiday. Both trips were super easy. They were on time and courteous. The taxi was spotless. We had several pieces of large luggage that were able to fit, no problem. The driver was very helpful and patient while helping us with our luggage. You can't beat having an on-time pickup in a clean car with a nice driver. Sold!

Someone always call me to confirm within minutes of making the reservation. The taxi drivers are always on time and their cars are clean and comfortable. After using Fairfax Airport Taxicab Service for many years, I feel compelled to write a review. I have been using this service for 5 years now and have always received wonderful service. I am routinely in the Fairfax, VA area for business conferences. I should mention that not only have I used this taxi company, so has numerous other colleagues of mine. I have ALWAYS been picked up promptly to be taken to the Airport for a reasonable rate. I also always receive a call from the office manager five minutes prior to arrival confirming the drivers location not to mention that the driver waits patiently for me. I travel a lot and never receive this type of good service from other cab companies. That my friend is true southern hospitality! Dr. Fanton

worst experince with this cab company ever. DO NOT use very rude on the phone! I called to schedule a pickup and first the dispatcher (which really sounded like the driver himself) says oh you need to reserve online before we can schedule you. so i went and did that. he calls me right back and asks oh how will i be paying today visa mastercard or discover. when i say well american express since your website said all forms of credit cards ..his response yea we can do that. then he says please give me your credit card number. and when i asked why since ive never done that before and becuase im not comfortable with it he goes well fine find another taxi and hangs up. was the worst customer service i have ever gotten!!
