Fairfax Taxi and Airport Service

I visit Fairfax,VA regularly for business and it has come in handy to keep Fairfax Taxi programmed into my I-phone when I need a ride to the Airport or Union Station. The cabs are spotless, the drivers are always on time and the prices are very reasonable. Can't say enough good things about them.

Nice taxi service. I have used Fairfax Taxi many times-at least eight times over the past two years. The Drivers come up to get my luggage and, when they meet me at the airport, they come to the baggage carousel to help me with my luggage. Very nice when you are tired after a long trip. The taxi, no matter the driver, are nice taxis and are immaculately clean. The drivers, no matter the hour, are personable and respectful. These guys are total pros-all of them. Highest recommendation! I have been using them for about a two years to drive me to the airport. They are very courteous, reasonably priced, and very reliable. I definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to be taken to the airport and ride in style and be on time.

Wonder why taxi companies are a dying service? Try these guys and you’ll know why. When traveling for work I try to avoid Uber and use taxis to make my expensing easier...so when I had to get to the airport this morning for a work trip I called these guys yesterday and made a reservation for 9:45am this morning. Fast forward to 10:15am and many phone calls later, no one is showing up. To make matters worse, when I would call to see where my taxi was and explain I was going to miss my flight, they would tell me to hold and then purposely disconnect me. The drivers would call and tell me they’d be there in 10 min, then they would call again and say 15 min. This was for a reservation I made a day in advance! Thanks to Uber, I made my flight by the skin of my teeth. This company offers an unprofessional and unreliable service.

Quoted me a price of $115 to take four people from Oakton to Woodbridge Amtrak Station. Major ripoff. Took Yellow Cab instead and it cost me just $70 including tip, and they sent a minivan which arrived promptly for pickup.
