Unclear directions, unclear communications. Extremely hard time communicating with my tax professional. He couldn't understand a lot of what I was saying and I could hardly understand what he was saying. Very difficult process. I came to H&R block because I didn't want to do my taxes as I've never done it before. However, I don't feel like it was worth the price I paid AT ALL for subpar communications and at this point I still don't know how to pay the taxes even though there are completed. I don't care about the money or anything, I just don't want to deal with the taxes and I just want clear communication. This is as clear as mud.
