River Rock Townhomes

I currently live in these townhomes. They went to china and asked what's the cheapest material you have and bought it to build them. The architectural design is nice, however that's where it stops, the common placement of things is terrible. The heat runs on the outside walls of the building so to improve heat loss which of course you don't want. The windows don't shut well, and my current place and most of the ones around don't have any screens. Except to pay a lot in electricity here because of it.nnIf you don't want others to hear your conversations don't talk, the walls are paper thin, I thought they would be concrete like the basement but they are not. You can hear your neighbors tv, bass radio, however because of the poor windows you can hear outside noise even more. The tv and phone placement is not great, i'm not sure if it's just the idiot who designed this home or all of them.nnThe sink and the garbage disposal leak. Overall, it's pretty poor craftsmanship.nnMy recommendation is not to move here unless this is all you can afford and want to be in the better school system. It's just not worth it and you'll probably end up having to sell later at a huge loss. If you do have other options run away fast.
